III Expocasearia
Expocasearia is the only exhibition in Italy exclusively dedicated to milk processing: a sector which is worth 14 billion euros, and which represents, especially with small cheese factories, a new opportunity for breeders.
Expocasearia is focused on making breeders meet the best producers of technology and equipment, and, in addiction, on letting them discover all the potentialities of milk processing through a specific program of events. Some of the main subjects:
